missingWrote a review on Nov 22disappointing room
Disappointment struck when I encountered smokers nearby while trying to unwind by the pool. it really put a damper on the experience. Additionally, during a second stay, the room assigned was tucked away in a corner, lacking the promised view and balcony, which felt like a bait-and-switch. Noise from neighboring guests made it occasionally disruptive, especially during the night.

Lovely swimming pool a few steps away.
I was extremely frustrated by the breakfast chaos! The system of needing to pre-order our breakfast was ridiculous. we felt so restricted. It took an eternity to get service, and the food was often wrong or delayed. My first morning was particularly infuriating as I waited almost 40 minutes just to get a simple egg and toast.

The staff were always smiling and really went above and beyond, even remembered my name after just one day. And that breakfast? Man, I had banana pancakes that were out of this world, seriously can't recommend them enough.

The proximity to the beach made it incredibly convenient, with just a 2- to 5-minute walk. The exceptional breakfast featured delicious vegetarian couscous, elevating my mornings. However, I experienced long wait times during breakfast service and found the noise from slamming doors at night a bit disruptive. Despite these minor setbacks, the overall environment was welcoming and family-friendly, making it an enjoyable stay.
